Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

To get a full refund, you must send the item(s) back to us within 30 days from the day you received your order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if sent after 30 days. Items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags still attached and original packaging material included.

How to Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, follow the steps below:

  • Contact us at support@givelstrendy.com and provide your First and Last Name, the Order Number, the item being returned (if you ordered more than one item) and the reason for your return.
  • We will let you know where you can return your order.
  • Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your order number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as GivelsTrendy will not responsible for any lost returns.
  • Finally, please send your return to us using a trackable mailing method (such as UPS, FedEx, etc.). Please note that we are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, then your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Getting Your Refund

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. While we process returns no longer than 5 business days after we receive your items. Your bank, credit card or payments company may take up to ten business days to reflect it in your account. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

One of Givels Trendy core values is safety. Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our warehouses, we are declining all returns (including refunds and store credits) for the safety of our customers and associates. We continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation and make decisions that allow us to operate safe and clean warehouses to serve our customers and support our associates. Out of an abundance of caution, we made the decision to temporarily suspend returns to protect the safety of our associates and customers. We will continue to closely monitor guidance from state and local agencies and adjust our policies accordingly. As always, we are here for you. Warranty Information

GivelsTrendy products are rigorously tested to ensure that they meet our high-quality standards. Within one year of purchase, if a problem occurs with a Givels Trendy product, GivelsTrendy will, in its discretion, either replace the product or give you a refund.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused during shipment to you, or by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty.
